TGA-24 - for motors up to aprox.150W. Supply voltage 15-42VDC. Digital current loop t= 62,5μs, speed loop -250μs and position loop 1ms. Communication via RS232, RS485(Modbus) and CanBus. 8 digital in- and 4 outputs, one analog configurable +/-10V, 0-5V or 0-10V, 2 rapid configurable count inputs (encoder in- and out- or pulse/direction signal - stepper motor). Feedback - resolver.

-digital inputs (starting of preprogrammed positional- or rotational speed-profiles)

Windows-based SETUP program for configuration and status presentation included in delivery.

TGZ-series

TGZ-48 - Double servo amplifier for 6-48VDC supply voltage suitable for mobile or low voltage applications. Two versions available: 2x13A/48V (2x0,5kW) and 2x50A/48V (2x2,4kW)

TGZ-320 - Double servo amplifier for 140-320VDC - 2x5A/320 (2x1,6kW).

Options: external power supply TGS-320 for 1x230VAC feed, output 320VDC 10A(15A peak), 3,6kW.

Digital current loop t=25μs, rotational speed och positional -50μs

Communication: , Ethernet 100(for configuration, status and tests), CanBus, and EtherCat (both protocols can be modified). 8 digital in- and 6 outputs, 2 analog 0-10V.

Feedback: Hiperface DSL, EnDat2.2 and SSI. External encoder input for electrical gear function

AKD servo amplifier

AC power 1,2kVA-41kVA, current 3-48A, supply voltage 3x108-264VAC (also by 1 phase)

up to 3x216-528VAC (only 3 phase). Internal brake circuit 100-200W, external 0,77 - 12kW (71kW peak).

Digital current loop 0,67μs, velocity 62,5μs and positional loop 125μs. AKD 3x400V and above come with a built-in netfilter.

Input STO for safety level SIL2 (IEC61508). Certificates: CE, UL och cUL.

Control buses: EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet or Ethernet IP.

Service connection: Modbus/TCP(parameters)

Analog input and analog output +/-10V (16bit). 7 digital inputs & 2 outputs (e.g. starting of pre-profiles).

Digital channel for stepper motors (pulse/direction) or electrical gear-function.

Feedback: resolver, HDSL (e.g. for OIC-motors), EnDAT2.2, EnDat, Hiperface, Sincos, Comcoder (encoder+Hallsensor). Two encoders can be connected, e.g. a resolver and an incremental encoder.
